    Teachers, accountants, librarians, drivers, office staff and principals each see only their screens.

  • Custom permissions

    Create school-specific roles from a list of permission keys — e.g. an Exam Cell role that can manage exams but not fees.

  • Strong authentication

    Password and OTP sign-in, optional two-factor authentication (authenticator app) and single sign-on support.

  • Data isolation

    Every school's data is scoped to that school. One school can never query another's records.

  • Audit logs

    Sensitive actions — payments, mark edits, record changes, role changes — are logged with who and when.

  • Backups & export

    Admins can download a full-school backup workbook at any time. Your data is never locked in.

Security questions

Who can see student data?
Only users your school creates, and only the screens their role allows. A teacher sees their classes; an accountant sees fees; parents see only their own children.
Can we see who changed a record?
Yes. Sensitive actions — payments, attendance and mark edits, student updates, role changes — are recorded in the audit log with the user and time.
Can we take our data out?
Yes. Admins can download a full-school backup workbook at any time, and most lists export to Excel/CSV.
Do you store card details?
No. Online payments are handled by Razorpay's checkout; KalviOne receives only the payment confirmation.
Do you have security certifications?
We don't claim certifications we don't hold. This page lists exactly what the product does today; ask us for technical details during your evaluation.
